The Sonsoles Print Prize, 2024

As part of The Woolwich Contemporary Print Fair, we’re delighted to have awarded our first ever print-making prize to Karen Edwards , who’s linocut ‘Sky over Skye’ was selected for the Curated Hang 2024.

Karen is based in East Sussex and graduated from the Online Drawing Development Year in 2023 at the Royal Drawing School. She was long-listed for The Jacksons Art Prize in 2024 and has recently taken part in a print-making residency at Dumfries House in Ayrshire. She works with a variety of Print-making methods and we’re excited to see where she’ll take things with Screen Printing and being part of a community such as ours.
