These are used to expose digital designs onto a screen. With our advanced large format inkjet and RIP technologies, we produce films that ensure 100% opaque blacks and excellent halftone quality for perfect registration. We also offer colour and CMYK separations and additional artworking.

Yes, please bring ink-free screens. Extra charges apply for inky screens, old tape residue. We cannot clean oiled based inks at our studio.

Yes, this is the best option to ensure it fits properly within your screen’s dimensions and you get professional results.
Yes, Positives should be printed in bold black ink on transparent film, acetate, or tracing paper. We don’t accept oiled paper… We cannot take responsibility for weak exposures.

Yes, please leave clear instructions on the correct direction (way up) for the positive exposure.
Yes, we have limited coating trough sizes. This means your screen might not be fully coated to the frame edge, but it won’t affect printing.
