We are a water-based screen-printing studio, printing up to A0 on any flat surface. Our studio benefits from insulated high ceilings, heating and air-con. We have a weekly housekeeper and our equipment is regularly serviced

During their booked session: Members can enjoy having an individual print station including a print table, drying rack, paper table with shelf to keep inks. Squeegees, palette knives, buckets and sponges, heaters and hair dryers are included in the membership.
A variety of screen sizes are available for weekly hire.
We have a large format printer and provide a digital film positives service.

We offer yearly memberships that provide unlimited access to our studio during opening hours. Members can also purchase bulk session passes.
Your safety is our priority. We provide a thorough induction that covers all health and safety procedures. Our studio is equipped with safety gear and guidelines are prominently displayed. Our technician is always on hand to assist and ensure a safe working environment
Yes you can, if you have booked sessions ahead. Unfortunately we cannot store members' screens for extended periods. You will be asked to take them home with you . Is there planchest storage? Because of the nature of our membership our storage facilities are for ongoing projects only.
We understand the need for flexibility, but for security reasons, we cannot be open 24 hours. We also believe an organised studio needs to have a technician present at all times to ensure everything runs smoothly. Some individuals can be messier than others, so maintaining specific hours helps us keep everything clean and well cared for. We appreciate your understanding!
Yes! It is free to access the studio to prepare ahead of your session. With prior notice- you can come any time to coat and expose screens, mix inks etc.
Because of the nature of our membership our storage facilities are for ongoing projects only.
Yes, we can provide you with the documents you’ll need to sign during your induction. Feel free to request them if you'd like to review them before signing up or coming into the studio.
Sonsoles Print Studio is invited to join the Havelock Walk Open Studios this year! We will bring along a new crossover design on one of our screens for demonstrations on paper AND tote-bags - why not pop along and have a go?!
