Old Waiting Room

In November 2024, we hosted a weekend of screen printing for MAKING CONNECTIONS, a programme of free and pay what you can events at The Old Waiting Room, organised by Lost Text Found Space.

The beautiful Old Waiting Room is located on top of Peckham Rye station and has been empty for nearly 50 years. Lost Text Found Space have been working hard to see that the space is used for community arts events, creativity and sharing. Their programme included site-specific performances, art installations, community workshops, feasts, an immersive film festival and much more.

We were incredibly grateful to be invited to take part - having an event such as this, in the bustling heart of Peckham gave us a unique opportunity to engage with our local community.
